1. There are two common ways to
open the main Netscape Mail window. In the Netscape browser go to
the menu bar and click on Window -> Netscape Mail or click on
the small envelope icon on the lower righthand corner.
2. To configure Netscape Mail, go to the menu bar and click under
Options -> Mail and News Preferences and then select the server
tab.
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server is mail.acelink.net.
*Note, you must be directly connect to Acelink to use our SMTP
server. If you connect through another provider or a LAN connection,
you will need to use the SMTP server which that provider has setup.
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server is mail.acelink.net
POP3 User Name is your username for Acelink. Make sure it is
in lowercase. (ex. joe)
Your Email is your user/login name followed by @acelink.net.
For example if your user/login name is joe, then the email address
should be joe@acelink.net.
Reply-to Address can be left blank if it is the same as your
email address.
Your Organization is optional.
Signature File is optional.
3. Once everything is filled out, click OK.
